Modern life is already difficult to imagine without the Internet. Billions of users in the world use the global network every day, so it is not surprising that business on the Internet has long become a thriving industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A vivid representative of such activity can be called Internet providers, which, in fact, provide access to the Internet. But, as they say, there is no evil without good, and because of such popularity of the World Wide Web we receive not only the requested queries, but also a lot of viruses. And because of such pests, PC software deteriorates, antiviruses let in more malicious programs, etc. As a result, the consequences can be deplorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is not the only case when, due to interruptions in the supply of communication, problems with the submission of information, or data leakage into the Internet, the provider’s activities were put under question. And if the global nature of the problem has acquired irreparable proportions, only the liquidation of the enterprise can relieve the owner of the problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Ukrainian legislation, an Internet provider is registered according to the established algorithm in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as a legal entity. Accordingly, this determines the procedure for its cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
