First, the company is registered (in other words, information about it is added to the Unified Register), then it tries to obtain permits, certificates or a license (it collects a lot of documents, goes through many checks and audits, and then gives the papers to the registrar and waits for the final verdict) for the activity that requires it, and only after that it acquires the right to engage in commercial activity in the chosen field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It would seem that the standard procedure, which the majority of citizens who decide to do business in Ukraine are doomed to go through. From this we can conclude that the loss of time associated with registration and licensing is not catastrophic, because all businessmen are placed on equal terms, therefore, one way or another, they start from the same positions. However, such a statement can exist only at the level of theoretical conclusions. As for practice, things are fundamentally different here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every far-sighted businessman understands that the ability to avoid the <a href=\"https:\/\/poshuk.info\/en\/categories\/business-registration\/registration-of-companies-llc\/\">registration<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/poshuk.info\/en\/categories\/business-licensing-in-ukraine\/\">licensing<\/a> process gives a lot of advantages, and therefore sooner or later decides to buy, for example, an <a href=\"https:\/\/poshuk.info\/en\/categories\/sale-of-companies\/sale-of-ready-llc\/\">LLC with VAT<\/a>. What does it mean?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is no particular point in explaining the meaning of the first abbreviation in detail &#8211; it is heard. Limited liability companies, if we are guided by official statistics, are the most popular format for doing business. There is nothing surprising in this: here the requirements for authorized capital are minimal, and the state does not show particular severity regarding the number of participants, and most importantly, each co-founder will not be able to lose more than he initially invested in the business &#8211; that is why liability is limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for VAT, the situation is somewhat more complicated here. VAT, as you know, is the main tax that an entrepreneur is taxed with. Some enterprises are exempt from paying it, but in most cases it is the main format for collecting funds. If we talk about the phrase &#8220;LLC with VAT&#8221;, then it means a ready-made enterprise, which is not only added to the Unified State Register of Enterprises, but also registered with the tax office.
